The Execution
We developed a visually striking box made from corrugated board with flutes facing outward, lending it a raw yet refined aesthetic. The brand name was precision cut into the top panel using a specialized die-cutting process, with the brand’s signature color revealed through the cut-out for immediate recognition.
A flat canvas strap was added as a dual-purpose feature—functioning both as a handle and as a top flap lock, enhancing portability and adding a security element to the packaging.
Inside, a custom-fitment made from 3-ply “E” flute corrugated board ensured that each cosmetic item was safely nestled into its contour, preventing movement and ensuring an organized unboxing experience.
The Outcome
The final packaging achieved a balance between elegance and protection, elevating the brand’s retail presentation. Its clean silhouette and tactile appeal stood out in-store, drawing attention while subtly communicating quality and purity. The thoughtful structure also added perceived value to the product, aligning with the brand’s premium positioning.
